The treatment of wash water not only protects the environment, but also helps to significantly reduce operating costs for car wash operators. The wash water treatment systems offered by Mall work with biological processes, without chemical additives or inoculation.
The reinforced concrete tank systems for underground installation consist of the pre-treatment tank, the biological treatment stage with carrier and filter material, counter-current aeration and the process water supply. The components are harmonised with each other and are operated as a continuous flow system. The wash water flows freely through the entire system until the excess water is discharged from the process water receiver into the sewage system. An additional separator system is not required.
If the local conditions do not permit the underground installation of a wash water treatment system, the NeutraClear tanks can also be installed above ground in frost-protected rooms.
Using rainwater to rinse vehicles or to compensate for evaporation and carry-over losses also saves a large amount of drinking water costs and surface sealing charges.
